He was very patient with us in the initial stages of the search, helping us to understand the local market, and to settle on our options and priorities. As we got closer to our final selection, he was a great source of information about the entire process from loan pre-qualification to final closing. When it came time to put together a formal offer, he was diligent and dogged in protecting our interests throughout negotiations, inspections and final closing. We really felt like we had a partner, who was as invested as we were in making sure we ended up with a great house for a fair price. We closed on our new house yesterday and could not be happier with the results. Our house is perfect for our family, with plenty of room, a great location near downtown Pflugerville, and situated in a lovely neighborhood with trees everywhere. A park is right across the street, and a lovely creek with a hiking and biking trail is just next door. We are sure we will be happy in our new home for years, and Javon was key in making it happen.
